The homeowners wanted to completely revamp their outdoor space, which was uneven, outdated, and lacked both visual appeal and functional flow. Their key goals included:

Our Process
We started by designing a custom landscape plan tailored to the property's layout, sunlight exposure, and elevation changes. Once the plan was finalized, our team got to work:

- Laid fresh, locally grown, sod to create a lush, green lawn
- Planted over 40 privacy trees and shrubs to screen the property naturally
- Added more than 30 perennials and transplants for color, texture, and seasonal interest
- Built a boulder retaining wall and stone stepper path leading to their upper garden area
- Finished with fresh mulch installation and decorative stone, tying the entire project together with clean lines and contrast
